• They are a world known Appliance brand

• They were trying to reduce the cost of staff needed for repetitive Sales order entry into SAP

• It took them a long time to enter Sales orders sent in emails by their Trade Partners as PDF

• AA's Optical Image Recognition technology was able to download PDF files from their group email account and created CSV order files

• These files were entered directly into SAP using EDI

• Our client was able to reduce staffing requirements as a result and saved $120K per year
