This project was implemented in April, 2021

  • Our client is located in Jakobstad, Finland.

  • They are a call center for connecting incoming calls with clients' staff

  • They were required to check their client's calendar before forwarding a call

  • However, it was very difficult for their agents to log into multiple Microsoft Office 365 accounts

  • This unique problem caused delays in their response time and increased wait time

  • We implemented an RPA that would check for their customers'  Office 365 calendars every 30 minutes and feed the schedules to a database as CSV file
