Our client is located in Jakobstad, Finland.
They are a call center for connecting incoming calls with clients' staff
They were required to check their client's calendar before forwarding a call
However, it was very difficult for their agents to log into multiple Microsoft Office 365 accounts
This unique problem caused delays in their response time and increased wait time
We implemented an RPA that would check for their customers' Office 365 calendars every 30 minutes and feed the schedules to a database as CSV file
